Diş çekimi kemik dokuya hasar verilerek yapıldı. Flaş hasarlı ve abartılı açıldı.çekilen kök ucunda lezyon yoktu. Dişin tedaviyle düzeltilmesi ve uzun yıllar kullanılacak şekilde onarımı mümkündü . Yapılan işlemler gereksizdir .

1. you dont need elevate flap even there was a periapical lesion in this case. you should have altered the vector of suture filament by sling adjacent incisor. 2.given implant length(11.5) and angulation seen in the video, i suspect there's apical fenestration of the fixture in this case, but normally it wont cause problem. 3. resorb-resistance xenograft required in this case to prevent buccal fixture exposure. 4. you dont need to etch on temporary abutment. phosphoric acid do not work on those plastic surfaces. 5. you need to tighten the temporary abutment more than 25N to prevent oseointergation failure caused by micromovement.

I don't understand one thing. Many people say that they experience a lot of pain during a root canal even though they are given local anesthesia. In this video, a dental implant is being done, and the client is also given local anesthesia, but they are not experiencing any pain. Why is that, considering the local anesthesia is the same?

If everything is good with the temporary prosthesis and the patient likes it, why do you have to go through all these steps again? Why not have the lab convert temporary into permanent?

This may be a dumb question but when you mention the need for 15mm of space for all on x per arch, how exactly do you measure this or what method do you use to measure the space required predictably before the implants are placed?
